Probably the biggest thing to consider is what is everyone else using. Most systems and rebuild contractors that I've worked for use stealth and already have the head end equipment set up. It's a lot easier than having to set up your own than compete for the telemetry frequencies or if the system will even let you have two different sweep transmitters.
