Hell yeah! Don't sign that form. I had a customer claiming a damage claim back when I was employee for a sub to Cox. They wanted me to take a $300 hit and sign that form. I told him to wipe his ass with it. What was real funny is this other tech witnessed it and he had already signed an authorization for $1500 for stepping out of an attic via way of kitchen ceiling drywall. He was pissed to learn too late that he didn't have to take that hit.
