Personally I'd leave...As long as money owed me was paid to me...with no hard feelings...But make no mistake...It is because people like you that keep taking it in the ass...and keep working...my industry has been destroyed...And is the reason I no longer work in cable after 25+ years in the business...Grow a pair and stand up for your rights or find another profession...This sort of thing would never have been tolerated 15-20 years ago...
Here is a simple way to look at it...Have the MSO's dropped what they charge their customers 15%??? Hell no...But you keeping working just gave them a 15% raise...
This is not solely directed just at you...but EVERY last stupid mother F'r out there that is bending over taking this crap...
