I'm guessing the plant was fine before the lightning strike or you wouldn't have brought it up.. Re-powering or upping the power is just a band aid and is not gonna fix the problem.. Time to give your VOM a workout.. Start at the last place with good AC and work your way out.. Either you have bad cable, bad electronics or bad splices.. Not uncommon after Bad Lightning...
