Check the cable pass the last amplifier to see if any high ohm value or for a short. If you have 52 VAC at the input and the rest of the cable os OK everything should be OK. Look for short at some multitap or short at the terminator. If you are not requiring any power pass this amp. You should remove the power TRHU switch or fuse. Hope this help.
