Sounds to me like there may be a design issue with over extending the trunk run from the power supply. If that is the case the fix would be to add a power supply or power that 6th amp from another direction if that option exists. The design department should be able to help you. You can run the calculation yourself but you need to know the length and type of each cable from the power supply to each amp. And the rated current draw of each amp including any line extenders being fed from each trunk amp location. It is very important to know the cable types sizes and lengths for this calculation. I had a similar experience once where the culprit turned out to be a piece of RG-6 or 59 way back near the power supply. The calculations can reveal what voltage you can expect at each amp location which can help in troubleshooting.
