Only on dual receivers, anyway a lot and I mean a lot of people do not have a home phone anyway. If DISH could get the crappy equipment out of the mix I would love installing it. They just generate a lot of service calls for bad equipment. And I have never have answered an AD that needed a service call technician.I think there is no way you can beat DTV service on the consumer end, but DISH does pay a lot more to an installer. Install what you want, just make sure you get paid.
