Putting down the foundation!

Well since he wanted to be a little bitch I have started working on his ass! When I stated my reasons for disliking him in the company meeting most of the staff had their own reasons and were shocked by mine. I also stated his professional short comings such asking why he can't get a black and white camera to show color, installing an alarm system without giving the customer codes, not teaching the customer how to use the system before leaving, pissing off customers, not installing a backup battery with the installed system, forgetting to install the wireless receiver on a completely wireless system, connecting devices wrong, not programming ambush codes, forgetting to do installs while on duty out of town, placing devices in wrong places and not being able to troubleshoot effectively. Long list huh? Since the incident I have convinced the owner to extremely limit his duties and cap his pay for 2 yrs.
