I'd pull the mod first and check voltage at the input to the housing. Then check resistance with your VOM at each leg to housing. If that doesn't show a problem i'd jumper from input to each leg (one at a time) and see what ya get. My original thought was exceeding amperage rating (or close to it) and being as close as you can without knockin' out the entire PS. Good luck! Feedback would be appreciated! Later, Mike M.
