I know a little. Mainly that Spacenet farmed the work out to a "secret" list of contractors. We've been contacted by a few who needed help. Problem is, they aren't paying s**t. A .96m dish with a minimum of 16 blocks ballast. The are only providing the dish, the mount and 100' of RG-6 per site. Each site pays from $200-$225.
No travel, no per diem and no custom charges.
Too many questions and not enough pay for my crews.
We were told there are approximately 3500 sites involved in the entire project.
If you decide to go after any of this work, I would advise you to make SURE you know who you are dealing with!!
