just gotta vent

I used to love doing installs. cable, sat, cat5, telephony whatever. It was great work, good money plenty of freedome, seen alot of the country, met alot of good poeple. but now it's just get up in the morning wondering if my pay is gonna get cut again, or if i can afford the gas to get back into subcontracting. i used to get my work in the morn and do my job and do it well with no hassles, no dispatchers calling me to say i have to pick up a job from some slacker who dont show up til 10 in the morning then smokes cigs for an hour before going out on his run (but not before stopping for lunch).yeah i used to make a good living and still have some sort of a life, .now do alot more work for a lot less pay. The ridiculous reasoning, hey the pay went down but we got lots of work, lol. Anywho, kinda reminds of the ol' guns and roses song... I used to love her, but i had to kill her.... think its time to move on out of this biz.
