speaking only from personal experience....those posts usually mean that you don't wanna deal with them in the first place......like they're telling you up-front we will screw you every way we can think of.....as soon as I see posts like that I move strait on and won't even give'm a call for giggles...the post just tells me they are a waist of ANYBODY'S time!
