all the standard stuff....fair pay...on time.....how bad is the micro-management- if any....assinine amount of polotics????.....any level for appreciation???.....will I actually be able to stay and let grass grow around my feet????...wich is more important to them- quality or quantity????-and does it show -or is it just alot of smoke????.....will I get the hrs needed to provide for my family????how easy is it to get overtime????? can I up train/ cross train/ advance????...how high is the turn-over rate......
