Re: HSP and DTV merger?

Most inhouse employees are hourly, whether it be cable or DNS. I don't think this will be different. I also doubt that under the new hourly model that any inhouse tech is going to be running around doing 6 jobs a day like they've been doing on piecework. This will mean more work for the subcontractors to fill the overflow.
