I had Vonage for 3 months; Hated it... Fax worked for first month and even had cable company, come out and check my return path and it was ok, but vonage kept insisting it was not their equipment after 3 boxes, gave up. Watch them with you accounts, they withdrew money from my checking account for the last month plus 2 of the boxes which was their junk... They also had a large class action suit. against them for illegal practicies
