More so they are buying the contract firms and turning everything into their "inhouse extention" with logos on contact trucks. To is hard to tell them apart - minus no free cable and health benifits...and the $400 paycheck.
one way or another they are doing away with what was a great job with great freedom and incentives.
I remebr doing the inhouse gig for $9 then contacted for the inhouse company and rocked over $1200 a week and then they "adjusted" the pricing. so it was $400-$700 maxed out.
so - yeah they don't really have subcontarctors anymore.
