what type of pros or cons are you looking for. its pretty cheap to put a bubble together. senao makes a good wireless router that i feel out performs linksys or any other store bought product. making arrangements with building owners or municipalities to install your equipment on is usually pretty easy if you divy up some of the bandwidth for their use, or maybe offer them something like 2bucks per subscriber from their access point.
start off though in an apartment complex or something, it will generate fast capital.
and whether you go with dsl or cable, you will probably have to go with business class service.....
