When i installed i was in and out in two to three hours and never less than 93 % never . so keep working for direct and you'll keep getting screwefd by the way the wait time I here now for checks is up to 6 weeks

all the replys from above are the same today as they have been for the past 5 yrs . Everyone needs to stop working for directv one way or another. or the rich get richer and we are still paying there bills . I stopped . I recently move ta atlanta and let the movers package do there job well the dish recieved 58 % the picture kept going in and out the wires were laid on the floor no silicone no plates on the wall no plastic grommets or well just a hole And it took 5 hours I was amazed
