Why don't you post rates in adds?
Time after time I see adds without rates posted. Some companies will tell you just about everything under the sun, other than their rates! THE RATES ARE FAR AND AWAY THE MOST IMPORTANT FACT THAT WE NEED TO KNOW!!!!!! I am not going to drive 1000 miles someplace for an interview, and only then have the rates disclosed, finding out that they are half what they should be. COME ON! DO YOU COMPANIES REALLY THINK EVERYONE IS SO STUPID THAT THEY DON'T CARE HOW MUCH THEY WILL MAKE? At least put some of the primary rates in your adds, or at a minimum, email them to a respondent. If you can't do at least that much, you need to get out of the business, and leave it to the contractors that have some balls. The only other conclusion, is you are so ashamed of your rates, that you need to try to con people into working for you. You low ball, cut throat contractors have all but destroyed this business!
