I've been in the cable industry for nearly 30 years and I have been contracting for the last 23 years and Micor is doing it right for their people. They have taken the formula for a successful installation contractor and started the construction/splicing field with a bang. Their management team has over 100 years experience between 4-5 people.
They are now the most productive and highest rated Cox contractor in Phoenix period!! You can check that with Cox on both production and the weekly and monthly grade cards. All of this in less than 6 months. Their reputation stands on it's own. You'll always have a few crybabies that could not make it at Micor standards. I would say to anyone that's interested, give Micor a chance and if your top level tech you'll never turn back.
