still trying to get answers...on hold with the irs for over an hr now.....
looking at all my options trying to get concrete answers...like pulling teeth
ok...bounced checks....un paid payed for w-2 work preformed......civil action is a joke...so that's covered
trying to avoid going in the hole again
should I try to claim as bad debt? un-reimbursed employee expenses or write it off as a loss with my 1099 work for the year
remember I worked as both w-2 and 1099 throughout the year
