Yup seems bidding is back in play... Was gonna be a good migrate project but some dregg bid it at 17% lower then going price with no line items allowed. His crew of 5 are getting 50+ jobs a day and the rest are left to hump their hands.
Telling you.....illegals on bicycles with pruning poles doing disco's are coming closer and closer.
