if they were using att or any other analog phone service sometimes the alarm company WILL have to come out no matter what you do because the have to put something in the alarm panel for digital phone service because when the alarm goes off they cannot call your house. and brinks has told me and some other guys they will come out to fix anything they don't want us touching it.
