This should really get the blood boiling for some of you guys.
As the GM for a collections contractor in Atlanta, I received an e-mail from Comcast Division with a contract payout increase of 20% across the board on all installation billing codes. Comcast didn't increase our disconnect pay but the installation primes just got a pay raise. I hope they pass it along to the techs.
