Yes they do lease a Taxi and the is why they pay for there Gas. As far as prince those guys are employees not contractors and they was not supposed to pay for there Gas, Now with that said prince follows the law and if they are making guys pay for there gas i am sure they did the research and now that they have that right. Now if you have to pay for the gas then you need to get paid more, If they won't pay more then you know what to do, Deal with it or dip.
