Question to a cable dawg

there was a highway and a tall hill full of brush and small trees there was no way to drive up to tap , a bucket truck as well could not reach top of hill about 30-35 feet tall, was told to place ladder on the hill climb up ladder get off ladder and then pull ladder up hill to get to the tap. to disco. Never needed gaffs to climb before. I guess from what I have heard I should have done it for $5.00...And a contractor is not to do disco from the beginning anyway I apologize for my incompantance
