I was just answering why since I didn't fully understand his post.
From what I know of Prince, they comply with the law; I was asking for some clarification.
I just can't see a company of that size and quality of UPPER management flouting the law. The exposure from a lawsuit would make whatever savings they may get from not paying for gas a moot point. I am still unclear of the details.
Labor laws exist to address these kinds of issues and people should use them when they are being abused. That's pretty simple and reasonable, right?
