you have to be kidding ! I wouldnt send my enemys to go work there, and thats from a long time relationship working with them, did work for them ever since they took over EXPRESS COMMUNICATIONS. They are always changing there managers thinking its their management skills but never realize its themselfs that make their company run they way it does, classic example of trying to keep too much of the money and not sharing it with the ones who actually make the money !!! ps I have talked to better call centers in china who dont even speak english, its to bad cause I really liked working with the old crew up in MN. HEY WENTLAND were did all the good days go?? OH YA I remember we spent them on the golf course !!!!
