starting to get fed up.

The last few days, a couple of guys have been working nights out of the trailer I have been using. One of the guys is the best fiber splicer that has ever graced the earth. Don't believe me, just ask him he will tell you all about it.

Every morning I have to clean every part of my machine because they are to lazy to do it themselves I guess. They must place the fiber over the cleaver and then hammer it by hand, because this morning I had to change positions twice to get it to cleave properly.

The best part was this morning I had to turn up a mux that they spliced from the tie in all the way to the cabinet. Four splices, all 48 count, with the exception of the last, a 48 count to a 24 count. The mux would not fire up, distance was good, just not able to see light. Decided to move light over 12 fibers and guess what, light. The moron transposed a tube. How in the hell do you manage to do that?

It is time to retire.
