ambroadband/nexlink
recently myself and many others have had the pleasure of dealing with am broadband/nexlink. this turned into a manager who lost paperwork, took away line items after the project was underway, and also one who wasnt even on the job,and has resulted in many,many,weeks of our pay being delayed. not to mention noone seems to return calls, or reply to emails, the ol ignore it and it will go away game, and also violating contract by releasing information to those who should not have had it,but the bottom line is no pay. we all just want the money we earned and not to be avoided!!!! some of the guys and myself have consulted with our attorneys, and it turns out they have been paid, but wheres ours??? all work has passed qc, all material has been accounted for, all paperwork has been turned in. and this has all been verified by the mso. some of the guys are turning toward the lien process, probably not a bad idea. A BETTER IDEA FOR NEXLINK IS TO JUST PAY UP!!!!!
