the average was just a guess, going by what my in-house splicers production are. I take their yearly wages and double them for subs. So 150-200K. Keep in mind this is all aspects of splicing, new/resplice/amp rebalancing. Since the systems now have telephone and buisness customers on-line most of the splicing is done from midnight to 6 am, but we do our best to keep the splicers in one area each night.
