Re: any info on at&t in chicago area

They are replacing the copper running from CO to CO with fiber.
As far as the process for doing it, I don't know. I believe it is mostly placed in conduit or ducts, so pulling it out manhole to manhole should'nt be a problem if you have the right equipment.
All that copper is worth alot of money.
