Looks like somebody made a bigger payoff than the ones busted. They act like they have taken some big cash. The man their wanting to turn himself in has probably already had plastic surgery by now and has ten other additional set ups going . If they did dent this cartel , there is ten smaller ones waiting to take his place . Also note where the raided residence was located. Mexico is a dangerous place if you know where to look for trouble. Nafta made it possible and the government makes the ball go round . Tell them to bullchit someone that believes that propaganda .
