Good job Nate, and Glad to see someone trying to spell it out for a customer. So often we're trapped in the IT'S FREE INSTALL world. THe Big Guys give it away to the public, but we all know a Basic install is just that. Custom work, or the ability to do custom work is the difference between a PRO and a HACK. We have enough HACKS in the industry, and its time for the PRO's to regain out industry. Keep up the Good work and Thank You for not laying down and taking the path least traveled today by most so called Pro's that of the lazy Hack.
