And that is the issue exactly. We as an industry need to find ways to make our customers relize that there are good tech's out there. I can't tell you how many jobs I go to where the installer acted like a twelve year old in the home. The customers of our great industry put up w/ such stupidity out of necessity. They need internet and the media on their tv.s. Ive started to train guys not only in the technical aspects of a good install but also how to be a profesional in the home of the customer. Ive had to make the new recruit realize that he or she is in a customers house to offer a service for a fee. The things that are common sense to me do not accur to some. Like if a crawl space is uncrawlable then instead of burning two hours wrapping a house and making the install look like crap offer a waal fish from the attic. 75 to 100 bucks go into your pocket and the home owner is happy w/ the results. common sense. and good business practices.
