This must be the only line of work where instead of the annual raise you get the annual pay cut...all because some jackass said(about any part of any install), "Oh it don't take but a minute to do.." or , "You're already out there doing this/that." Or maybe it was, "I'm a jackass contractor that tells everyone what I make. So let me ruin it for everyone by letting someone think that I make more than they do and don't even have a cool title like Regional Human Resources Management Specialist . "
