That's easy to justify being there only a couple minutes. They're paying for your knowledge, not just your labor.
If I go in for a $6,000 surgery, I don't care if it takes ten minutes or ten hours, I'm paying for what the doctor does and most importantly, WHAT HE KNOWS.
