seems reasonable to me.
With the prices the Contractors are paying their techs, it would be ubsurd to think that there was more than a handful of people within them that were qualified to do cabling, muchless phone. For AT&T to have what they would consider "qualified" technicians that they would put their name behind would change the pricing, and the profit potential for the entire contract base as it stands. After the pricing adjustment necessary for qualified technicians, and/or training to meet AT&T specifications, there would be no benefit in AT&T owning such a property. They tried to get into cable tv once befroe and was a bust, too, dont know what makes them think sattelite would be any better for them /shrug
