WTF do you do when you work with mostly dumb asses and the owner will not allow anyone to be fired? One idiot installed an alarm system that whenever it tried to communicate it shorted out the phone system. After a while it stopped all incoming calls. The other idiot connected the alarm system to a door bell line thinking that it was phone line. Lord help me! The directions are almost always wrong. The only estimates that are right are the ones that I do myself. Even when I do estimates they send out the wrong equipment. Even though I specify in writing where the devices are supposed to go they are still installed in the wrong place. This morning I went to a service call in my subdivision. I told the person that schedules service calls to set it up for first thing in the morning since it was close to home. The stupid prancing fairy scheduled it for late afternoon. I talked customer into letting me do it early.
