Never hear of being in the industry for 40 years? You been in it only 15? Damn dude, most CATV people here were (at minimum) splicing cable when you were still pooping yellow in your diapers!!! But I hear that the unions have a "wet-nurse" in most of their locals to keep the "green" dry!
