snoops: petro express is not owned by Chavez, citgo gas is bought by many us firms and provides about 14.000 jobs and they provide free oil to native Americans and some organizations. the have signed a deal with Iran to build oil platforms off the coast and the Russians have supplied them with rifles and ammo as well as helped them to build factories to produce said items.
