It isnt just dtv that doesnt pay there is no money in doing cable or sat. installs anymore. With gas and material and all the bs in the sat . install world. The time and money and the hoops that the cable co.s. Want you to jump threw just to do an install there isnt any money to be made after all the expense that it intails. If you really sit down with pen and paper and figure out what it will cost you all week to run a truck and tools to do installs there isnt no way to make any money. Not once you figure your time and expense. But you still have people out here tring it anyway. By the time you figure time and all the trouble and expense you can come out better working in fast food than in cable.
