I am wondering if anyone has tried to bring any internationals over to work. I am an Aussie who has been trying to get a legal work permit for over a year now. There are a few good people who are trying to help out and I've hired a miggra lawyer but the process seems to be taking forever.
I am a qualified electrical Lineman as well as having mapping/strand/coax/fiber construction experience and have been a construction supervisor in Australia and New Zealand, and have worked with airiel and underground construction.
I really would like to work in the US (US$1=AUST$1.70)
Mapping, Climbing or digging, I'm not fussed just hoping to get back over there, preferebly North West.
I am 31, healthy, and have no ties over here and would commit for at least 2 years.
Any advice or hints would be great.
