Whats the difference ?

Congress approved 365 million for the rebuilding of low income housing for Katerina victims and the president authorized 58 billion this past week to bail out the failing banks through the federal reserve, which incidentally required the banks to use their mortgaged back securities for collateral. Is not both socialism?

I think it was about a month ago when I posted the federal reserve's financial data on banks and I had no response. Did anyone honestly believe that the moneys that were not there would not have to be repaid? Is this simply put a fraud against the people. Help I'm Dazed and Confused
