It goes like this, try and drive wages or money paid for installs as far down as you can get them, set up a system of back charges for subs. concentrate on acquiring new subscribers first and foremost and then deal with quality control through the system of back charges. when subscription quotas are met concentrate on quality. Take for instance you pay a predetermined amount for an install and depending on your back charge system you can have quality brought up to code, trouble calls paid for and a portion of the install rate through the back charge system. Have the subs pay for training, preferably with a representative from the company or someone closely aligned with the company in order to control the training process and accountability. use the human resource pool to maintain the process.
