Everyone should respond to ALL the job ads and tell them you'd NEVER work for THOSE prices! Perhaps eventually they may get the message that they ought to offer higher rates. Since I'm already working on my own now doing custom & misc. work, I just email or call the number for fun and after going over job details & my experience & knowledge of the biz, I finish with the truth... that working for their LOW pay is insulting and out of the question. Good luck finding qualified help!
If the job posters get that kind of response all the time, Maybe things can turn around and I'd actually consider going back... maybe, but I'm a lot less stressed these days, so probably not.
