That is an excellent link and a real eye opener.
You're right about the not having to give 40 hours but that just seems wrong on so many levels.
It comes down to a simple choice: the right thing or the wrong thing? Which side of that equation do I want to be on? The Right side.
I don't know how do these people sleep at night.
