This what all cable and sat providers have done since 99. In 2000 the Federal government supposedly had an investigation on the Cable Industry for increased rates. They said it was due to the costs of building broadband plants.The case mysteriously went away. The question that they should have asked was was why are you charging the customers more while cutting the prices on the contractors building and maintaing the systems. They are cutting their costs while increasing the customers rates. I'm no lawyer but isn't that perjury? You guys tell me.
