Of course I would expect that in order to justify fair pay, both standard and custom work, one should be a qualified installer and complete the jobs to spec. Right now the pay range under Install Jobs varies from $65/15 (Excell Com LLC, I wouldn't even bother) to as high as 80/20 (Rocking R Inc. Better, but still no)
If Cadillac installs are expected they have to pay more than Kia prices.
