Are you certain about this, I don't mean to question your help but no one has offered this info and I am not part of the NCTC.
Can you point me to additional info about meeting the requirements like what are the channels I need to provide digitally? I don;t understand why it is so hard to find out more about whats required with such a big change to the industry.
